Cancellation & Refund Policy for The Hira Collective

Cancellation by Clients
Clients may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment for a full refund.
Important: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows are non-refundable.
Clients must log in to their account to manage their appointments or email us at info@thehiracollective.com if issues arise.
Rescheduling
- Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance directly through your dashboard.
- Rescheduling within 24 hours is not permitted unless approved directly by the practitioner.
Refunds
Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of The Hira Collective and/or the practitioner.
If eligible, a full or partial refund (minus processing fees) will be returned to the client within 7โ10 business days.
To request a refund, email info@thehiracollective.com with your booking details.
Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact The Hira Collective first and allow 14 days to resolve any disputes before initiating a chargeback.
Any user who files a chargeback without initiating resolution with us may forfeit access to the platform and all bonuses or offerings.
Practitioner Cancellations
Practitioners must give clients at least 24 hours notice when cancelling a session.
If a practitioner cancels within 24 hours, clients will receive a full refund or a complimentary reschedule, based on the clientโs preference.
Events, Packages, & Group Offerings
Group event bookings and session packages may have their own cancellation timelines, which will be noted on the checkout page.
In general, events are refundable up to 72 hours before the event start time, unless otherwise stated.
