Isabel Nantaba is a Womb Wellness Practitioner and Doula (Birth and postpartum) devoted to bringing women home to themselves. She guides them to reconnect with their wombs' sacred wisdom and embody their divine essence's power. Through her work, she helps women awaken soul remembrance, reclaim their innate gifts, and express their unique souls with confidence and grace. Called to this path through her own experience of birth trauma, Isabel supports women in reclaiming birth as a sacred rite of passage. As a Birth Doula, she champions natural births that honor the ancient, intuitive rhythms of womanhood—rites that have been suppressed by the modern medical system. She believes birth is not only a physical event but a deeply transformative portal into one’s power and ancestral knowing. In the postpartum period, Isabel offers nurturing care that supports emotional, physical, and energetic healing. Her presence creates space for deep rest, emotional balance, and profound mother-infant bonding, allowing women to recover more fully and feel seen, held, and honored in their transition. Through every phase, Isabel’s work is about guiding women back to themselves—to the sacred knowing that lives within their bodies, to the creative force of the womb, and to the truth of who they are.

in the last few days my energy and my relationships with those I have felt some much heaviness from have shifted. I feel much more detached from the drama, while being able to feel a deeper sense of love for both my mother and my ex partner. I was also called into a situation of great sister wounding and drama, and was able to not be sucked into the drama and allow for a greater purpose of the collective work to come into the light.

Before my session I didn't know what to expect. Since it was just 30 minutes, I thought I wouldn't experience many shifts but I was very wrong! I went from feeling blocked, confused, and unclear on what direction I was going to go next in my life to ending our session feeling energised, ready to take action, and let abundance flow to me. Since then, all I can say is WOW! I'm so grateful for this experience

I was feeling very heavy, emotional and stuck at the beginning of the session. I also didn't know how effective a virtual Reiki session would be but as soon as Izzie started working on her end, I felt energy moving through my body in different parts. It was very relaxing and by the time it was over, I felt so light and hopeful. Isabel’s intuition was on point as she identified the chakras that needed most help without knowing what was happening in my life.

The Reiki session I experienced with Isabelle was like no other one that I, my body, or my soul could remember.
It was a transformation. While still awake, my mind and body experienced the beginning of the session, and when I passed out of relaxation, my soul continued the journey with Isabelle. I was entirely into another state of vibrations for a few days feeling refreshed, lighter realizing something powerful happened during our session.
