I specialize in using essential oils, along with tarot, reiki and crystals to help anyone who feels like they no longer have control over aspects of their lives, may be spiritually lost or just wants to start living a more authentic life. In-Person Session - Are you struggling with pain, skin issues, sleep irregularities, hormonal changes or menopause? Essential oils and aromatherapy can help support you and your health challenges.
FIRST APPOINTMENT: During your first aromatherapy session, we start with your intake form to understand your health history, current concerns, and goals. I believe in a holistic approach in order to completely understand where you currently are with your health.
BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS: I will create a blend of essential oils chosen to address your specific health needs. This blend can be created into a lotion, oil or inhaler depending on your preference.
SECOND APPOINTMENT: Your aromatherapy blend will be ready approximately one week after your first appointment. This appointment will only be about 15-20 minutes to address any questions you may have as well go over any application instructions.
All essential oils used in my sessions are sourced from reputable suppliers and are tested for quality and pureness. I follow strict guidelines for dilution and application to ensure safe and effective use. If you have allergies, sensitivities, or specific medical conditions, I will take extra care to avoid any contraindications and ensure a safe experience.

FIRST APPOINTMENT: What’s stopping you? By using an intake form, discussion and a tarot reading, we will work together to figure out how and where we can refocus and empower you fully.
SECOND APPOINTMENT: At this appointment, about a week after your first appointment, I will introduce you to your uniquely blended aromatherapy empowerment perfume and inhaler, your personalized manifestation intention and the crystal picked out intuitively for you. We will do a short guided meditation, along with a mini Reiki session to help you fully step into your authentic self.
HOW I CREATE YOUR BLEND: Using your intake form, along with your scent preferences, I will pick a selection of essential oils that will work directly on the areas of your life that needs refocusing by using a variety of methods like morphology, pendulums and muscle testing, numerology, chakras and colour theory. Each blend is created in a sacred space and during the appropriate moon phase, charged with Reiki energy, and cleansed with vibrations from a singing bowl.
