Welcome! I’m so honored you’re here. It has been my deepest honor to work with individuals and community for over 10 years—holding space, witnessing, and walking alongside others on their journeys. Whether you are just beginning to explore this path or continuing to deepen your connection with yourself, I welcome you with an open heart. My journey has taught me to embrace every part of myself—the light and the shadow, the joy and the pain—and to honor the wisdom that emerges through healing. I believe that within each of us lies the power to transform even our most difficult experiences into pathways of growth and deeper connection with our inner wisdom. Through a journey of unraveling, remembering, and connecting with spirit and my ancestors, I’ve come to see pain not as something to resist, but as a sacred invitation to return home to ourselves. This belief is the foundation of everything I do. As a holistic intuitive guide with training as a Reiki Master (Holy Fire III), Crystal & Sound Healing Practitioner, and training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), I hold heart-centered spaces for you to reconnect with your inner truth, trust your intuition, and honor the power within. My work is grounded in the understanding that healing is not a linear process and that each journey is unique. I believe you already hold the wisdom and insight to navigate your path, and my role is to guide you as you bloom, meeting you where you are with compassion and intention. I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the balance of mind, body, and spirit. Your journey is deeply personal, and I trust that you carry the answers within you. Reiki is a gentle, energy-based practice that supports your body, mind, and spirit in returning to balance. Rooted in love and intention, Reiki meets you exactly where you are—offering support, calm, release and clarity as you navigate your healing journey. This session creates space for you to reconnect with yourself, uncover areas in need of extra care, and receive the energy and insight needed to move forward with more ease. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply seeking grounding, Reiki offers a nurturing space for restoration and renewal.

Reiki is energy work that originated in Japan that supports your healing and relaxation journey. We will begin the session over Zoom or phone call by sharing intentions or areas you wish to work on during your session. I will then provide an oracle card pull as this gives new depth, direction and grounding for the time we will share together. Once this is complete, I will invite you to relax into a space that feels comfortable for you and Reiki will be sent to you. Once the 40 minute reiki session is complete we will connect to have a discussion. Lastly, a session overview will be sent to you via email to support your journey moving forward. We’ll start by setting intentions together and discussing any areas you’d like to focus on. I’ll offer an oracle card pull to provide insight and grounding before we begin. You’ll then be invited to lie down and relax as I guide you through a 40-minute Reiki session. Afterward, we’ll take time to reflect on the experience together.
