Experience the healing power of Reiki, an energy work practice originating from Japan that supports your relaxation and wellness journey.

Our session will begin over Zoom or phone, where we’ll share intentions or areas you’d like to focus on. I’ll provide an oracle card pull to add depth and grounding to our time together. After that, you’ll be invited to relax in a comfortable space while I send Reiki energy for 40 minutes.

Following the session, we’ll connect for a discussion, and I’ll send you a session overview via email to support your continued journey.

Description

Reiki is a beautiful practice of energy healing that originated in Japan, designed to support your journey towards healing and relaxation. Each session is a sacred space where you can reconnect with your inner self.

We will begin the session over Zoom or phone call by sharing intentions or areas you wish to work on during your session. I will then provide an oracle card pull as this gives new depth, direction and grounding for the time we will share together. Once this is complete, I will invite you to relax into a space that feels comfortable for you and Reiki will be sent to you. Once the 30 minute session is complete we will connect to have a discussion. Lastly, a session overview will be sent to you via email to support your journey moving forward.
