Service Guarantee We strive to ensure that every service meets our high-quality standards. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right. However, no refunds will be issued for completed services. Cancellation Policy Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 22% charge of the service booked. No exceptions will be made to this policy to maintain fairness for all clients. Payment Terms Payments must be made in full at the time of booking for all services. Please note that all sales, whether for services or products, are final. Refunds are not available for services once they have been rendered. For products, refunds are available for defective items within seven days of purchase. Late Policy Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule, and a cancellation fee may be applied.
