We’ll begin with body and breath awareness and meditation and then lie down as we breathe using the conscious connected breath. We’ll listen to a variety of curated tracks, and I’ll share verbal inquiries to support your experience. Our breathwork ends with a grounding exercise and space for journaling or quiet contemplation with an option to share your experience.
