As a yoga teacher with over 15 years of experience, I bring the therapeutic principles of yoga to balance strength, flexibility, and relaxation—critical components for fertility preparation, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery. With specialized training in fertility, prenatal, and postpartum yoga, I create safe, effective movement and stress reduction routines that adapt to each stage of your journey. For fertility, we use gentle, grounding practices to reduce stress and balance hormones and hip openers to improve circulation enhancing conditions for conception. In pregnancy, we focus on poses that support the pelvic floor, hips, and core, providing stability and support for your changing body. Postpartum, we work on reconnecting with core muscles and pelvic alignment, gradually building strength for daily life with your baby.
During pregnancy, the body goes through many changes in structure and alignment. With my background in exercise science and prenatal yoga, we incorporate techniques to support fetal positioning and optimal alignment for birth. This includes specific yoga postures and movement practices that create space and balance in the pelvis, encouraging the baby to position naturally for a smoother delivery.
