Counselling sessions involve a holistic approach and include reflective conversation; exploration of the subconscious and unconscious aspects of the self; cultivation of present-moment awareness and nonjudgmental acceptance of one’s thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations; visualization and meditation; body-centred therapy (somatic experiencing); mind-body connection and intuitive guidance.
