Description
Via Zoom, first time clients will receive an in-depth intake session to better understand the historical and current patterns at play in the mind, body and energy. This will be an important component as it will serve as a guide on how to tailor the session (and any corresponding sessions) specifically to your needs.
The intake session will be followed by your first full body session (consisting of somatic, nervous system, esoteric and energetic medicine practices).
After-care and guidance on next steps will be provided as well.
Please pick a date and time where you will have at least a few hours after the session to take it easy/rest, as much tends to shift even after your first session.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the depth of this work, it is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant or for any individuals currently undergoing major medical treatments, managing an active alcohol or drug addiction, or experiencing major neurological challenges such as seizures, active brain ailments as well as psychosis. You also must be 18 years or older to participate.
