This package contains 12 sessions

3 – 1:1 somatic and root cause coaching sessions every month to guide you through an embodiment process and keep you clearly focused on your vision.
Healing modalities – Energy Release Process, Reiki
– A safe supportive space, so you can express what is showing up for you
– Email/text support to be used in between our calls as needed.
– Small, actionable steps to help with what is showing up for you in the moment and to take aligned action.
– Bonus resources – Breathwork, Meditation, Movement and other videos to anchor in all the learnings and help you along your journey.
