This is a holistic medicine journey with intention setting, plant medicine, CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release and Quantum Healing. This journey will begin with a 60mins virtual Preparation session so you feel ready for your Journey Session. The Journey Session will be followed up with two 90 mins virtual Integration calls over three to four weeks to help integrate and expand the experience as well as coaching through WhatsApp for those three weeks post
The journey will take place in your home or agreed location and can be up to 8 hours long. Once the journey is complete we decompress and nourish, giving you time to journal and feel collected.
